"A Green Paradise with Employee Perks"

Repeatedly named one of the Washington region's "Best Places to Work," HITT Contracting has made its home in Northern Virginia since its founding in 1937. The firm’s new headquarters location in Fairview Park reflects HITT's commitment to creating a productive environment for employees in a sustainable, eco-friendly setting. The site minimizes site disturbance and optimizes natural stormwater management through a series of rain gardens. The landscape includes native and drought-tolerant plantings that do not require a permanent irrigation system.
