Transforming Tysons Corner

Tysons Tower is a new 1.3-million-square-foot mixed-use project being developed by the Macerich Company with Hines Interests. The property will be among the first to open following the completion of Metrorail through Tysons Corner. Set adjacent to Tysons Corner Mall, the development includes a trophy-class office tower, a 400-unit apartment tower, and a high-end hotel. Rhodeside & Harwell’s design for the property includes an entry landscape, an elevated terrace that will serve as a green roof, and an iconic landscape along the building’s north side, fronting Route 123 and one of the new Silver Line Metro stations.
